All contractor members are signatory to the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 486 and have been accepted for membership in the Mechanical Contractors Association of Maryland. Industry Fund contributors are signatory contractors but have not applied for membership in the association.

Associate Members are corporations, firms or individuals who are interested in the mechanical construction industry but who do not otherwise qualify for active membership. Associate Members include manufacturers and suppliers of mechanical equipment and accessories, goods and services, financial institutions, insurance companies/brokers, attorneys, architects, engineers, consultants, and other professionals.
